Return and Cancellation Policy:
No returns or replacement will be entertained if they fall under below mentioned points:
1. If you find the product tampered in any which way by the delivery guy, please do not accept it in any condition
2. Would recommend to make unpacking video of the product for safety reasons
3. Once you are satisfied that the product is authentic, only then kindly open the seal of the product or else we will not be able to accept it once the seal is opened or broken
4. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE REGARDING THE TASTE OF THE PRODUCT..PLEASE ORDER THE PRODUCT AS PER YOUR LIKING TO THE FLAVOUR ..WE WILL BE UNABLE TO TAKE BACK THE PRODUCT
Before consuming the supplement, please make sure that you shake the product properly so that there are no lumps left .. IF you are still not satisified, you can raise the concerns with respective brands through email.
You can return all items within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please handover the product to the courier guy in good condition..Make sure the product is unused and in saleable condition.
You will be reimbursed the amount after deducting shipping and forward charges of the product.
Q: Customer concerns regarding Damaged item, wrong product or missing units in my order?
A. If the product delivered to you is damage or you have received wrong product or the quantity is missing as per the order placed by you.kindly share the invoice copy alongwith images of the product, with MRP, HOLOGRAM and Batch Number (which is generally mentioned beneath the product) to our customer care at info@livprotein.com or call us on +91 9667009320 (10 am to 6 pm business days).
Once you raise the concern we will investigate for same you will get revert in 24-48 hrs. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.
PROCESS FOR REVERSE PICK UP:
1.Once we get the approval, our courier partner will pick the product from you in 24-48 working hours.
2. We would be receiving back the product in our warehouse within a week of the pick up of the product.
3. Our Core Qc team will check the product once it is delivered in our warehouse, and we will update you as we need the product in same condition as it was delivered to you.
4. Once it is approved, we will either initiate a refund or replacement (depending on the availability of the product) to you. And in case the product is not in saleable condition , we will send back the product to you
Our Return Policy gives you the leverage of returning the product within 7 days with proper product video and images at the time of unboxing
